The Director of Family learning will identify, create, and build robust content utilizing innovative approaches to financial understanding. They will empower families and help steward the next generation of wealth holders through in-person and virtual delivery that is impactful and comprehensive.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Create Moneta-branded Wealth Education program for ultra-high net worth families and affluent clients.
• Develop wealth education conceptual framework and create corresponding, robust content.
• Work directly with the wealth education strategy team and communicate quarterly deliverables and programming timelines.
• Deliver wealth education speaking engagements both internally and externally.
• Work with Moneta client families to help them gain knowledge and skills.
• Serve as a thought leader on family wealth education issues and stay current on family wealth news and trends.

• B.S. Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
• 3-5 years of relevant experience
• Experience in creating and delivering wealth education programming
