Job description

The director has the responsibility of overall operation of the daycare center. The center director shall have the responsibility of the day-to-day operation and management of the center including supervision of the planning and implementation of the children’s daily activities, supervision of staff, and responsibility of maintaining the center. Daycare administrative experience is a must. They must meet the DHR requirements for a daycare director.

Responsibilities of the Director:

1. Prepare goals and objectives required to make the center the best Christian daycare it can be.

2. Establish policies and procedures for the efficient operation of the center.

3. Work well with parents, teachers, children, and the staff of the church.

4. Show Christ-like love in every aspect of the job.

5. Realize that the daycare is a ministry of the church.

This is a full-time position with salary and benefit package.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
