What You Get to Do:


Directs activities such as market research, content development, digital advertising, paid media, collateral development paid media and tradeshow messaging are a part the daily responsibilities. Individual should have experience marketing solutions-based products, executing marketing tasks in house, a willingness to try new marketing tactics in order to achieve business goals and strong relationship skills with sales and product management. Ability to manage a profit and loss statement and provide data driven ROI on marketing activities is a must.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Develop and execute marketing plans to support 4 business units.

  • Develop and manage a marketing operating budget that supports all marketing operating expense related to marketing plan development including agency retainers, trade shows and events, sales promotions, creative ad development and execution.

  • Develop and execute on messaging of Professional Imaging and Video Systems, Mobility, Process Automation, and Enterprise Process Innovation Center solutions strategy, identifying new ways to approach the market and expand existing contacts and engagements in this industry.

  • Oversee and evaluate marketing analytics and adjust marketing strategy to meet changing market and competitive conditions.

  • Monitor competitive products and marketing activities.

  • Direct marketing surveys on current and new product concepts and provide feedback for future product development.

  • Guide preparation of marketing activity reports and present to executive management

  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop targeted industry specific messages.

  • Manage team of 12 to 15 employees. Hold team meetings to drive results and improve ROI of all marketing plans.

  • Lead advertising campaign development and coordinate and interface with creative team and agencies to ensure strong and appropriate Panasonic Connect branding and take advantage of co-op cost efficiencies.

What You'll Bring:

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or related field required, MBA preferred

  • Industry knowledge in one or more of the following categories personal computing, enterprise solutions, professional imaging and visual systems or process automation.

  • 10+ years of experience leading an innovative B2B marketing team with proven track record of delivering business results and working and supporting 2 or more business units or categories.

  • Thorough knowledge of marketing concepts and best practices including mar tech platforms – SFDC Marketing Cloud, Google Analytics, paid search, media buying, content creation.

  • Integrated system solution marketing experience focusing on needs of the Customer and their business issues.

  • Being able to lead and manage large internal Team meeting through strategic direction,

  • B2B and Market Understanding: Has proven ability to understand business needs, unearth new insights, and translate into successful market campaigns that create awareness and customer demand

  • Strategic Leadership: Driven to envision a bigger, better future; establishes a clear vision and effectively enrolls, empowers, and influences team members, executives and global constituents to achieve results.

Communications:

  • Ability to effectively lead a team of diverse cross- functional interests to achieve desired business objectives and goals; is able to put the needs of the business and enterprise ahead of personal needs in achieving results.

  • Manages the team as a part of a larger, multinational whole with the focus of driving results both domestically and abroad.

  • Ability to work, organize, and be effective in a complex matrix organization.

  • Effective and professional Speaker at large venues including press events, tradeshows, eco-system Partners events, and Internal meetings.

What We Offer:
The salary range of $185,000 – $225,000 is just one component of Panasonic’s total package. Actual compensation varies depending on the individual’s knowledge, skills, experience and location. This role may be eligible for discretionary bonuses and incentives
