EECU has a great opportunity in a dynamic Marketing/ Business Development role!

Director, Marketing Acquisition & Analytics position, in collaboration with the marketing department, will develop & execute data driven multi-channel marketing campaigns for acquiring and growing profitable Member relationships. The role will be responsible for executing all marketing campaigns, managing the acquisition & retention marketing budget, and conducting marketing research to support marketing strategy development, product development, target marketing/segmentation, cost analysis, and other research as required by the marketing department. In addition, this role provides key recommendations on product management, optimizing product lines, and monitoring industry trends.

An ideal candidate is highly motivated & detail oriented, understands marketing analytics and data research techniques, and has extensive hands-on experience executing and reporting on multi-channel marketing campaigns. This position will be eligible for a sign on bonus of $1,500.00.

Knowledge, Skills and Education for the position: Broad based marketing expertise with 5+ years in progressive marketing roles and 3+ years in financial services acquisitions strategy and execution. Strong history with leveraging date to develop marketing strategies and communicate one to one to drive growth. Develop and execute integrated, multi-channel marketing plans designed to drive growth in acquisition while using qualitative and quantitative data and producing measurable results, while managing and maximizing the effectiveness of the marketing budget. Use data and analytics to understand marketing plan performance, test results and profitability; and drive strategic marketing decisions based on member interactions and behaviors. Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Working knowledge of digital content management platforms, such as Statistical tools, i.e. Alteryx. Experience managing the full lifecycle of marketing initiatives, partner and vendor relationships. Functional, technical, and operational Marketing knowledge Bachelor's Degree in Business / Finance or related field of study or equivalent work experience is required.
Responsible for
compliance of all Federal and State rules and regulations pertaining but not
limited to Bank Secrecy Act, Anti-Money Laundering, Bank Bribery Act, NCUA
Privacy Regulations, Reg DD, Reg E, Reg CC, Reg Z,
Reg B, FCRA/FACTA, and Service Members Civil Relief. Required to attend
initial and ongoing annual Bank Secrecy Act training.
