Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization
Create, drive and implement a strategic framework for BU Originals, Basketball & Partnerships based on the brand strategy framework.
Steer agenda and day to day business in the respective business area and manage major, strategic projects for BU/function, ensuring the efficient and high performance operational implementation of the function’s projects.
Ensure smooth operations and product creation process across the assigned area.


Key Responsibilities
Create, drive and implement a strategic framework for BU Originals, Basketball & Partnerships in close alignment with BU/functional direction
Co-develop strategy with BU leadership in close alignment with given brand directions
Act as facilitator between BU and functions within Brand and BU, ensuring BU insights and requirements are considered in functional strategies (and vice versa)
Champion and support the fulfilment of strategies
Provide guidance to BU where needed in implementation
Monitor and influence priority implementation after conceptualization for assigned area of responsibility
Prepare BU leadership for relevant brand milestones and other internal and external meetings as required
Steer, prepare & drive milestones and product creation process for assigned area of responsibility
Manage strategic & daily agenda of assigned area
Manage overall workload and maintain priority overview for assigned area

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications
University degree in business/marketing/engineering (Master or MBA preferred)
Proven experience in cross-functional, cross-cultural and collaborative working (international matrix organization)
Experience in marketing, communications, strategy consulting, comparable inhouse function (also business development)
Functional 8+ years of relevant work experience
Proven track record across various functions, divisions or sub-labels (3+) respectively

The anticipated low and high end of the base pay range for this position is $139,900 to $209,900. Actual salary will be based on various factors, such as a candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills and competencies, proficiency for the role.
We officially returned to office in a hybrid work environment, working 3 days in office and 2 days remote. The working location of this position is Los Angeles, CA.
