What You’ll Do
The Director of Adult Therapeutic Outpatient Services will oversee operations of the adult outpatient therapy teams in Elkhart and St. Joseph Counties and provide support for therapists in integrated care and inpatient settings.

- Provide clinical and administrative supervision to leaders of adult therapy teams.
- Build and maintain a cohesive team of leaders, hiring and training of new team members as needed
- Provide oversight of staff billing and clinical documentation
- Develop and support existing training in evidence-based practices for adult clinicians
- Manage and maintain the annual budget for all assigned departments.
- Maintain relationships with community partners and organizations
- Interaction with a variety of clinical staff, Oaklawn staff, community partners, clients, vendors, referral sources and visitors.
Requirements
- Clinical license required (HSPP/LCSW/LMHC/LMFT)
- Management experience with a minimum of two years clinical experience highly preferred.
- Knowledge of reflective supervision and experience with electronic medical records are preferred.
