Job description

Responsibilities:

· Supervise and manage production operations on the 2nd shift, ensuring production goals are met and quality standards are maintained

· Train, coach, and mentor employees to ensure they are performing their job functions effectively and efficiently

· Monitor employee performance and attendance, provide feedback and take corrective actions when necessary

· Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as health and safety regulations

· Manage production schedules and make adjustments as needed to meet customer demand and production goals

· Collaborate with other departments to ensure the smooth flow of materials and products throughout the manufacturing process

· Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions to increase productivity and efficiency

· Ensure accurate and timely record keeping of production data and metrics

Requirements:

· High school diploma or equivalent, associate's or bachelor's degree in related field preferred

· 3+ years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment

· Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate and engage a team

· Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

· Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications

· Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and experience implementing continuous improvement initiatives

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with production management software

· Ability to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends, as needed

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
