General Summary: Responsible for providing an educational and safe living environment for those with Developmental Disabilities.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• To foster the mission of St. Louis Center, a faith-based organization, in proclaiming the Gospel through the service of charity.
• Develop, Implement, and maintain daily living routine in assigned residential program.
• Complete all required residential program documentation.
• Develop and Implement client community involvement.
• Monitor client activity; ensure home and unit security, and providing routine time checks.
• Perform related duties as assigned or as the situation dictates.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• CPR and First Aid Certification.
• Knowledge of general fire safety.
• Knowledge of Crisis Prevention Intervention.
• Ability to maintain composure in a stressful environment.
• Ability to operate a 15 passenger vehicle.
• Ability to plan and prioritize work.
• Ability to communicate.

Education and Experience: This position requires the equivalent of a High School Diploma/GED, and a Valid Drivers License.'
