WHAT WILL I BE DOING?

• Coordinating total dining room operation in a hands-on dining service position including interviewing, hiring and training of restaurant servers.
• Supervising, coordinating and assisting with the service and cleaning of all dining spaces.
• Developing work schedules and daily assignments for dining room servers.
• Maintaining strict sanitary standards as dictated by company policy and health department regulations.
• Ensuring an exceptional dining experience for our residents and their guests.

WHAT ARE THE QUALIFICATIONS?

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Proficient in verbal and written English
• Positive, engaging and team oriented attitude
• Previous supervisor or lead experience in food service / hospitality / waitstaff related role
• Knowledge of Cleaning Standards in a commercial food operation
