Franke at Seaside is a not-for-profit, faith-based senior retirement community in beautiful Mount Pleasant, SC. The Burges Center provides a resort or country club environment and the healthcare culinary department provides nutritious, pleasing meals to long term care, short term rehabilitation and assisted living residents.

The Dining Room Assistant position is responsible for providing residents with food and beverage choices and assuring that meal time is a satisfactory experience.

The Burges shift hours for this position is 11:00a-7:30p, so no late nights! With Saturday hours being 10a-6p and Sunday 9:30-1:00. Healthcare shift hours vary slightly and are 11:15a-7:45p.

Salary is not dependent on tipping, therefore table traffic is not a worry. A consistent work schedule is available. 36-40 hours is a normal work week. Positions are full time with benefits such as:
