DIGITAL EDUCATION LECTURER, Aeronautics and Astronautics (Aero/Astro), to conduct and publishing independent, scholarly research on engineering education in reputable journals and present findings at academic conferences; deliver lectures in areas of expertise and design innovative courses; guide the pedagogy for AeroAstro's diverse digital education initiatives, including public-facing, departmental, and other projects; pioneer digital education pedagogy within the department; share research insights and pedagogical practices with the engineering education community both within and outside of MIT through workshops, talks, academic papers, and other means; collaborate with other departments, programs, and offices at MIT on digital education initiatives; and supervise a digital learning fellow, one or more teaching or research assistants, and a part-time (50%) open learning administrator.

REQUIRED: Ph.D. in engineering education; experience innovating in engineering education, undergraduate education, or digital education (preferably in all three); articles in peer-reviewed publications in engineering education research, including in academic journals; and demonstrated experience leading digital education projects through to implementation.
