Position: Dietary Assistant
Duties: Ellenville Regional Hospital is looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Dietary Assistant. As a Dietary Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting the dietary needs of our clients and ensuring that they receive nutritious and delicious meals.
Responsibilities:
Assists with meal preparation and tray assembly- Responsible for stock rotation
- Ensures dishes are cleaned and sanitized
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen and dining areas
- Collaborate with dietary staff to develop new menu options
- Provide excellent customer service to clients and their families
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent- Prior experience in a dietary or food service setting preferred
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
Hours: Full Time, various shifts.
Salary $16.50 to $19.00 based upon experience
