Job description

We are seeking a full-time diagnostic imaging scheduler to join our team in the Spring/Woodlands area. The ideal candidate will be responsible for scheduling appointments for diagnostic imaging procedures, including MRI, CT, X-Ray, Mammogram, and Ultrasound. You will be the main point of contact for patients and will ensue that all appointments are scheduled accurately and in a timely manner.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Schedule appointments for diagnostic imaging procedures
• Ensure accurate and timely scheduling of appointments
• Communicate effectively with patients and staff
• Verify insurance information and obtain pre-authorization as necessary
• Maintain accurate records of appointments and patient information
• Provide excellent customer service to patients and staff

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior experience in medical scheduling preferred
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast=paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficient in computer skills
