Development Director for Catholic Charities, $90000 to $92000, (benefits including health, dental, vision, life, AD&D and STD available)

Description

• Planning, organizing and overseeing all Catholic Charities fundraising efforts including annual giving and appeals, special events, capital campaigns, major gifts and planned giving.

• Establish goals and strategies for all fundraising campaigns.

• Responsible for the management of direct mail and email marketing.

• Design and implement marketing programs and collateral to maximize prospect/donor engagement.

• Work collaboratively with the Executive Director, Board of Directors, and community partners to help promote the mission of Catholic Charities.

• Statistical analysis on service number increases/decreases, changes year over year, etc.

Requirements

• An authentic affinity to service to those most in need and advocacy on their behalf.

• Bachelor’s degree required.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in both development and marketing.

• Experience with Newsletters, Articles written, Website Design a plus.

• Demonstrable success in fund raising.

• Experience in public speaking/presentations.

• Strong computer skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and the Internet.

• Experience with donor management system, Network for Good, a plus.

• Valid California Driver’s License.
