Our client has a brand new opportunity for a L2 Deskside Support Technician to join their team onsite in Whiting, IN. This Technician will be dedicated to the client Project and needs to have basic IT skills, understand the difference between RJ45 vs RJ11, knowledge of network port, and IP addresses.

Scope of Activity and Responsibilities:

Assist users in reinstalling applications from old systems on new systems

Provide guidance on saving data on OneDrive if necessary

Schedule migration of desktops over to new desktops

Client will bring candidate up to speed on phone deployments
Full COVID-19 vaccination may be required.
