We have fun, work hard and love what we do. Attitude and work ethic is everything! Please only apply if you are hardworking, dependable and have a positive, can-do attitude. We own 2 locations, this position is in our Flint, MI location.

We are currently looking for team members that can work either part or full time that will help design and produce all types of graphics and signage. The role has a some design and production work - printing, weeding, applying vinyl etc. We are happy to speak to candidates with little to no 'sign' experience as long as they have some design experience (adobe, flexi, onyx, etc.) and a thirst for learning. We are even open to a part time candidate if there is a great student out there looking for some experience.

This is a great job for someone who likes to make things (both physically and design work on the computer) and has a creative/problem solving approach. Someone that like to be valued and work in a friendly and supportive environment. Someone that likes being part of a team, but has individual responsibilities and can work independantly. Someone that loves learning new things and wants everyday to be a little different with various tasks.

Work hours right now are M - Th, 7:30 - 5:00, Friday 7:30 - 11:30 (who doesnt love a half day on Fridays?). We offer full health, dental, life, 401k etc. benefits for full time employees

Pay is hourly but also includes bonus potential and includes paid holidays and sick/vacation time.

Responsibilities and Duties

Design and produce Various type of signs involving vinyl graphics such as storefront graphics, vehicle graphics, tradeshow displays, banners and more.

-Be proficient in programs such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and FlexiSign.

-Be able to take raster files and convert to vectors.

-Run and maintain large format printers, laminators and plotter equipment.

-Work with vinyl and various substrates to include printing, cutting, weeding, masking, and mounting.

-Install vinyl graphics on walls, windows and vehicles.

-Keep a clean and organized work area

-Follow all company policies, procedures, and business ethics codes.

Qualifications and Skills

• Strong computer skills
• Familiar with FlexiSign, Adobe Illustrator, or Adobe Photoshop
• Basic math and spelling skills
• Strong customer service skills and abilities
• Must demonstrate extreme attention to detail and high quality in all work
• Prompt, reliable, and responsible
• Able to lift a 30+lb roll of material, 4' x 8' sheets of acrylic, aluminum, etc.
• Able to place onto and retrieve various types of substrates from a substrate rack including the upper shelves

Must be in good physical condition and able to lift heavy objects.
