Medical Assistant Trainer Job Description

A Medical Assistant Trainer at Dermatology Partners has an instrumental role in providing quality patient care and support in alignment with company core values and culture. They are responsible for the Coaching and feedback to the team and to ensure that the clinics are in compliance. They have a key role in the training and acclimation of new staff to the team and ongoing training to existing team members. They may be required to assist as a Medical Assistant if needed. The Medical Assistant Trainer helps to create the culture of Dermatology Partners by always being polite, friendly, and helpful to patients and team members. They always present in a professional appearance and manner. The Medical Assistant reports to the Training and Compliance Manager.

Desired skills to be considered for this position:

  • Must have been a Medical Assistant in Dermatology for a minimum of 4 years
  • Must have at least 2 years of EMA experience
