Hours: Monday thru Friday 8:00AM-4:00PM

Taxes, Water billing, Misc. Billing, Mail, Front counter operations, Handling money, Customer Service, Permits, Answers phones, Maintaining the Mail machine and Copy Machine, Ordering office supplies, Clerk for Planning Commission: Monthly Meeting 1stTuesday 7PM, Clerk for Zoning Board: Monthly Meeting 2nd Thursday 6PM, Village board meeting 1st or 3rd Monday of the Month at 7PM, Records management, Registrar Vital Statistics, Back up Accounts Payable and Payroll, Assistant to the Clerk, Possible Web Master
Additional requirements:
Proficient at MS Word and MS Excel
Must be able to read cursive
Have or will need to get Notary
Three years experience in municipal or business office involving public contact preferred
Rate:$22.00
