Associate Dentist Position - Two Options for Consideration
We are excited to have the availability to add an amazing dentist to our Valley Family Dental team. To provide you with flexibility and options for your career path, we have prepared two distinct tracks for your consideration: the Associate Track and the
Partnership Track. Both tracks offer competitive compensation and benefits, with different opportunities for practice ownership.
Option 1: Associate Track with Buy Opportunity After Year 5
We are excited to have the availability to add an amazing dentist to our Valley Family Dental team. To provide you with flexibility and options for your career path, we have prepared two distinct tracks for your consideration: the Associate Track and the
Partnership Track. Both tracks offer competitive compensation and benefits, with different opportunities for practice ownership.
Option 1: Associate Track with Buy Opportunity After Year 5
1. Base Salary: $120,000 (bonuses available)(history of associates earning $300k+)
2. Comprehensive Benefits Package:
Health Insurance
Life Insurance
Retirement Plan Contribution
Continuing Education and Professional Development Support
Vacation and Sick Leave
3. Signing Bonus: $10,000
4. Relocation: $2,000
5. Buy Opportunity: After completing five years of employment, you will have the opportunity to discuss and negotiate the purchase of a percentage of ownership in the practice, subject to mutually agreed-upon terms and conditions.
Option 2: Partnership Track with Buy-In and Earned Equity After 3 Years
Base Salary: $120,000 (history of associates earning $300k+)
1. Adjusted Benefits Package:
Health Insurance
Continuing Education and Professional Development Support (with partner-level adjustments)
Vacation and Sick Leave (with partner-level adjustments)
2. Buy-In and Earned Equity: After completing three years of employment, you will have the opportunity to buy into the practice and start earning equity. Earned equity options are available as well for hitting goals.
