Requirements:

· Comfortable in using dental management software (i.e. Eaglesoft)
Responsibilities:
- Review your assigned doctor’s schedule for accuracy and productivity daily and weekly.
- Schedule appointments according to the practice's scheduling policy
- Maintain patient records and charts accurately to ensure easy retrieval
- Document all patient activity, treatment, and transactions
- Fill broken appointments and add to "ASAP list"
- Make written financial arrangements/treatment plan estimates with patients before scheduling treatment
- Obtain insurance pre-authorizations in a timely manner
- Follow up on unscheduled treatment daily
- Answer telephone in a warm, friendly voice identifying the office and self
- Meet and greet each patient as a welcome guest to the practice
- Maintain a clean and uncluttered appearance in the reception and front office area
- Answer questions from patients and other team members cheerfully
Schedule:
- 8:00 AM-5:00 PM (Friday closed at 2pm)
- 7:50 AM Morning Team Huddle
- No evenings or weekends.
