Reporting to the Director of Recruitment Marketing, the
DEI Marketing Intern, Talent Acquisition will work with the talent acquisition team and business partners to help build, implement, and track our diverse candidate recruiting strategies. This includes expanding on marketing channels, identifying sources, and focusing on SEO and social communication strategies.
What you will do:
- Partner with the recruitment marketing team to understand and influence our candidate attraction strategy
- Research diverse candidate attraction trends, best practices, and external benchmarks, and prepare recommendations based on findings
- Assist with internal and external communications, including content creation for communications, presentations, and reporting
- Work cross-functionally with key stakeholders to deliver on projects
- Work on website redesign project team to ensure messaging speaks to a multitude of candidate personas and various recruiting channels
What you will bring:
- Current enrollment in an undergraduate degree program
- Solid understanding of marketing strategies including SEO and SEM
- Passion for creating impact and lasting change in support of diversity, equity, and inclusion goals
- Web design experience a plus
- Good time management skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional communication skills exhibited at all levels within the organization
- Bilingual proficiency a plus
