About the Position:

We are currently in need of an experienced Diesel Mechanic to add to our exceptional service team. The successful candidate will perform AG and Construction equipment repair and

maintenance work in accordance with factory and industry standards, run diagnostics and work closely with our parts, service and sales team members to achieve our

company goals. We need a knowledgeable mechanic with a strong work ethic. We offer a competitive salary and benefits including a matching 401K.

Responsibilities and Duties:

· Perform diagnostic skills and plan effective and efficient repairs of machinery

· Ability to accurately diagnose machine systems with minimal supervision

· Develop service estimates

· Access and effectively use electronic Dealer systems to assist in diagnosing and

repairing machinery

· Look up parts needed to complete job assignments

· Ability to maintain clean and orderly work area consistent with a professional image

· Maintain and properly care for shop tools, equipment and vehicles

· Contribute to safety culture in assisting to keep area, self and co-workers safe

Qualifications and Skills:

· Diesel Technology degree or equivalent Diesel Mechanic experience preferred

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills required

· Ability to pass a background check and drug test required

· Valid Driver's License required

· Good attitude and a positive contributor to our service team required

Pay: $44,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
