Job description

Responsibilities:

1. Set table, spread clean linens, silverware, glasses, condiment and special announcements for upcoming events on table.

2. Set up side stations and perform assigned side work as required.

3. Place order in Point of Sale (POS) in kitchen, ensuring cold food is served cold and hot food is served hot.

4. Time pick up of order to ensure timely delivery of the entire party's food and beverage order.

5. Clean table and reset tables.

6. In addition to serving a la carte guests, server also will assist in the various banquets and Club parties held in the various function rooms.

7. Must have basic knowledge of Bartending

8. Bus tables.

9. Help set up special events.

10. Perform other duties as assigned.

11. Abide by all sanitation policies and procedures.

12. Must be courteous, attentive and always project a friendly attitude!
