MyDBSolutions is a database development company located in Salt Lake City, Utah. We specialize in the FileMaker Platform to create custom software solutions that meet the unique needs of our clients. Our team of developers have more than 50 years of collective experience to help you grow in your database knowledge. We are looking for a full time database developer to join our team. MyDBSolutions has a patient and friendly working environment with the ability to work independently and collaboratively with other team members.

We are looking to hire a Junior and Senior developer.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Develop software and database applications for MyDBSolutions and their clients.
• Ensure project development/features remain in scope
• Actively communicate with the clients and staff throughout the course of projects
• Meet/exceed billable targets
• Work toward proficiency and certification in development platforms

Requirements

• Has a passion for designing and building database and web applications
• Experience in SQL, HTML, CSS and PHP.
• Fundamental knowledge of database and application design, scripting, data parsing, technical documentation
• Knowledge of relational database design
• Demonstrate ability to work as part of a development team; create task lists, timelines and deliverables, work to meet project schedules determined by others
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• FileMaker certificate is a plus, but not required
• AWS knowledge and experience is a plus
• Experience with Linux, Mac and Windows
• Experience in securing applications

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $62,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
