- Field employees work to calibrate equipment, program and automate systems, and perform instrumentation and equipment work on client sites.

- The Production Analytics team audits existing field structures and design, balances our client’s entire systems, and allocates royalties to maximize profits.

Job Summary:
The Measurement Data Services Manager must be team oriented, proactive, and goal driven. This position oversees the day-to-day operations of the Measurement Data Services (MDS) team. The role is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and timeliness delivery of all data validation, data editing, and production accounting performed by the MDS team. Will use independence and judgment to recognize and resolve problems within established policies and procedures and is accountable for the quality, timeliness and accuracy of own work and the work submitted by the MDS team.
Responsibilities:
- Designs and develops the systems, schedules, and reporting for new and existing customers;
- Maintaining customer communications and relationships;
- Assign the roles and responsibilities of each team member in accordance with customer requirements and timelines;
- Provide leadership for the day-to-day operations of the Measurement Data Services team;
- Ensure the data delivered to customers are accurate and meet customer defined deadlines;
- Set up close controls, exceptions, and validations as needed to ensure accuracy and completeness;
- Development of standard operating procedures for MDS processes;
- Maintain customer relationships, including ensuring appropriate communications to meet customer expectations;
- Oversee and ensure the continued development of the individual team members;
- Some evenings and weekends will be required to meet departmental deadlines and close dates;
- Other duties as assigned.
- 3 – 5 years measurement data services experience;
- 3 – 5 years managerial experience;
- Highly organized with ability to maintain numerous concurrent workstreams;
- Strong leadership skills, including ability to delegate assignments effectively;
- Extensive knowledge of FlowCal, as well as Office products, particularly Word and Excel;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- Must be willing and able to work extended hours as needed.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, mathematics, or engineering, or equivalent work experience
Relocation:
This position is not eligible for relocation.
Travel Requirements:
This position requires 15% travel.
Work Schedule:
This position will work 8 hours, Monday – Friday in the Denver, CO office. This position is subject to overtime availability.
