Data Entry Specialist - E-Commerce Product Data Specialist

CabinetParts.com, a leading E-Commerce company in Pompano Beach, specializes in Cabinet Hardware and Accessories for consumers and trade professionals in the Kitchen and Bath cabinet industry throughout the US. We are currently seeking a meticulous and tech-savvy Data Entry Specialist to join our team and create Product Data Spreadsheets used for adding new products to our website.

Are you a critical thinker and puzzle solver who excels at using the latest technology to improve efficiency? Are you adept at using advanced spreadsheet functions, AI, and web scraping techniques to gather and organize product data? If you're always learning new technologies and have a keen eye for details, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

• Compile product data for new products from various sources
• Optimize product pages for better user experience
• Write SEO-friendly product descriptions
• Increase conversion rates and improve bounce rate
• Assure data accuracy and maintain data integrity

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 2 years of experience in a related field
• Proficiency in using formulas, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and Index functions in Spreadsheets (Google Sheets and Excel)
• Knowledge of web scraping techniques and AI tools for data gathering and processing
• Creative problem solver and fast learner
• Ability to handle large amounts of data with diligence in assuring data accuracy
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Previous employer references

Stronger consideration given if experience with the following:

• Kitchen and Bath industry
• Advanced Spreadsheet Formulas
