Your primary KPI in this position is to deliver in full on time completion of all jobs assigned to you. You are responsible for ensuring proper, timely setup of all work orders for the company in compliance with generally accepted expectations. The Account Administrators second KPI is job level accuracy of selections to generate purchase orders that are tracked for timely delivery to complete work orders. By mastering these skills the successful Account Administrator produces complete work orders within the schedule timeline for the installation team.

A successful Account Administrator is a trustworthy professional with outstanding record-keeping and analytical abilities. The chosen candidate will demonstrate excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work independently to achieve the desired results.

Salary $39,000 - $42,000

JOB DUTIES
Ensure all assigned jobs are completed on time and in full to over 98% compliance. (DIFOT)
Know, understand and ensure compliance to scope of work for each customer.
Ensure the work order schedule is up to date in regard to the builder requirements.
Verify accuracy of incoming customer purchase orders and works with sales and customer contacts to make corrections when necessary.
Ensures proper RFMS set up to include amounts of materials, builder specific set materials, labor and billing lines.
Ensuring that install teams are clear and understand the expectations with detailed instruction in the work orders.
Hold self and work output to high levels of expectations.
Ensure that all installation crews have all items needed to complete the install within DIFOT expectation. Work with Internal Operations Setup Manager and Sales Manager as needed to solve problems.
Responsible for being product level experts in all products the company installs.
Monitor and update status in Schedule daily.
Communicate and develop working relationship with customer representatives and delegates.
Create and maintain working file on units.
Perform other tasks as assigned.

Education:
Bachelors degree in relevant field preferred.

Experience:
Normally requires a minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role in lieu of formal education.

Physical Demands
Requires frequent sitting for prolonged periods of time.
Frequently requires use of hands, arms, and fingers to control computer equipment
Frequently requires visual exposure to computer monitors and LED lights.

Occasionally requires lifting and/or moving equipment <50lbs

WORKING CONDITIONS

The Account Administrator will at times be required to work a varied schedule that includes working unusual hours of the day, split shifts, longer than normal workdays, weekends and early start and/or late finish times.

The Account Administrator generally works in an office setting environment. The Account Administrator may occasionally be exposed to unusual odors, or excessive noise, or health hazards or temperature extremes; in which case, proper precautions will be taken to protect the employee.
