Project coordination and data management
  • Coordinate with the 11 health council liaisons to collect, assimilate and analyze project-related data.
  • Collaborate with the evaluation and OneFlorida team to facilitate data needs, including collecting and disseminating data from the health councils.
  • Provide a routine report on project status, identified issues, and recommendations related to various activities.
Project coordination and data management
  • Assume the role of a team member, technical resource, and process facilitator on projects, providing analysis as requested.
  • Monitor data to inform progress.
Project Presentations
  • Communicate data-driven results in written and oral presentations to the Data Management team and project stakeholders
  • Provide project status reports, summary recommendations, and final impact analyses, as appropriate, according to the project timelines.
  • Attend the meetings.

The University of Florida Clinical and Translational Science Institute (CTSI) was founded in 2008 to speed the translation of scientific discoveries into improved health by strengthening the university’s ability to conduct clinical and translational research. Expected Salary:

$48,000 - $52,000



Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in an appropriate area.



Preferred Qualifications:
Master of Public Health with data analysis experience. Demonstrated experience working with various people at all levels of an organization. Knowledge of project management. Must be self-motivated and comfortable working independently, as a team member, and as a team leader. Must be fluent in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Excels in a team environment; strong verbal and written communication skills; Ability to work independently and effectively.
