Looking for a Jr. Level Data Analyst with at least 2 years relevant experience - required.


Create visual reports to empower leadership to understand team performance, spend, capacity modeling, and to work towards annual planning, we are looking for Business Intelligence Analyst with PowerBI expertise. Individuals with expertise in other Business Intelligence software, such as Tableau will be considered.
The individual must be proficient in data modeling, visualization, understanding of data connections to troubleshoot the source (data base structures). The individual should be familiar with SQL, Power Query, relational databases, excel formulas, and DAX calculations. The analyst must be able to anticipate reporting needs and offer solutions that they are comfortable owning from concept to technical delivery. The individual will be collaborating heavily with our sr. analyst, data strategist, business owners, and leadership to bring incredible and robust data visualizations for executive leadership, as well as working on the back and front-end configurations and visual displays.

Technology Requirements : PowerBI, Power Query, SQL

What does a typical day look like? Creating PowerBI reports for senior leadership audience- including requirement gathering and delivery to stakeholders

Preferred background/prior work experience? All work-types and certifications considered (internship, bootcamps, etc.). Prefer a candidate with at least 2 years on the job experience as a data analyst or reporting analyst. Preference given to candidates with history of lengthy direct employment or longer (1 yr) contracts. Priority soft skills: Strong communication skills

What does a typical day look like? (daily tasks):
Meetings with clients and team mates
Building reports
Presenting reports
Studying data
Collaborating with Workfront admins
Training from Workfront admins on data modeling/structure
Preferred background/prior work experience?: Analytics, reporting management
Priority soft skills: Self-starter, Business analytics & insights, data analysis and QA, strong communication skills
Will support all groups related to marketing activities across all LOBs.

Candidates who are expected to be local to Bellevue, WA must able to come onsite. This will most likely be a hybrid position, as preference is for the person to be on site if they are able to be. Quarterly travel will be required for candidates who are not local to the Bellevue, WA area.
