Dash Baseball Dishwasher

Position title: Dash Baseball Dishwasher

Reports to: Youth Program Coordinator

Supervises: N/A

Position summary:

The person in this role is responsible for cleaning dishes to include glasses, flatware, pots, pans, food preparation equipment, and utensils via hand or dishwasher. Also responsible for maintaining kitchen work areas, equipment, or utensils in clean and orderly condition.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Washes all China, glass, and silverware.
• Cleans all equipment to include pots and pans.
• Stores all equipment in proper locations.
• Sweeps and mop all floors in the Dash kitchen area.
• Always maintains a clean and safe working environment.
• Transports food and equipment throughout the venue as needed.
• Practice safe work habits and follow all safety policies and procedures and regulations.
• Completes any job specific safety training.
• All other duties as assigned.

Knowledge and Skills:

• Must have the ability to follow written and/or verbal instructions.
• Must be able to sit or stand for long periods of time while maneuvering different objects.
• Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds.
• Must be able to communicate with Dash staff and customers in a professional manner.
• Must be able to work in a busy and at times crowded environment.

Education and work experience:

• On the job training provided.
