Job Description
This individual will oversee the following areas; Lead and mentor members of the Cyber Defense and Operations Team, Set direction and manage communication for incident response procedures, Participate and help guide in selecting and implementing defensive security controls, Conduct risk assessments and assist in the completion of penetration tests, Create security requirements to ensure security observability necessary to monitor business applications and processes, Provide governance and reporting to support regulatory requirements for Cyber Defense and Incident Response Operations, Threat, Vulnerability and Compliance Management, Device Security Monitoring, Lifecycle Management. This individual will have an understanding of cloud technologies and be responsible for cloud security strategy as we continue to migrate our on-premise infrastructure to the Cloud.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Relevant Security and Cloud Certifications preferred.
- Detailed understanding of Security threat landscape and tools and processes to prevent, detect and respond to these threats.
- Expert level experience working with Microsoft technologies and Cloud Services.
- Demonstrated organizational, leadership, communications, documentation, and project management skills.
- Ability to be agile and manage multiple priorities, tasks and projects.
- Broad knowledge of business process including incident response, business continuity and risk management.
- The ability to lead or enhance security strategy and service roadmaps at business and technology levels.
- Combination of education and experience generally acquired through the attainment of a bachelor's degree or equivalent work and 7 years relevant experience.
