We are a business consulting firm based in East Brunswick, New Jersey that excels in providing exceptional community outreach and customer support to educate consumers on sustainable ways to change their fossil fuel emissions and make a positive impact on the environment and their local communities. Our success over the last few years is attributed to our team and nationally recognized training regimen. Our main objective is to grow and develop new and existing business opportunities for our clients, and because of our proven track record, we have been able to continue these partnerships for many years. Now due to recent growth opportunities, we are now looking to expand our Customer Support and Sales team! We are seeking a forward-thinking, communication expert to fill our Customer Support & Sales Representative position.

Customer Support & Sales Representative Responsibilities:

  • Work directly with eligible customers to educate and inform customers with effective solutions to change their service provider of energy to their home
  • Train one-on-one with the Client Account Manager to fully comprehend our consumer support and outreach standards and expectations, compliance policies, and the enrollment process
  • Build long-lasting relationships with consumers that emphasize brand loyalty and provide them with essential communication tools
  • Keep detailed records of all consumer interactions and follow all privacy requirements
  • Attend daily team meetings and actively contribute ideas on how to improve company processes and interactions with consumers

Customer Support & Sales Representative Requirements:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or another related field is preferred, but not required
  • 1-3 years of experience in a customer or client-facing position that involves customer service, customer support, or sales in some capacity
  • Must be genuinely excited to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment
  • Patient demeanor with a solution-oriented mindset and effective follow-through
  • Someone with a competitive spirit to be able to contribute to our team environment
  • An individual who is looking to step outside of their comfort zone, grow in a new opportunity and is driven to succeed

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $47,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekend availability
