Job Responsibilities

• This customer support specialist will be responsible for scheduling service appointments.
• Answer incoming phone calls when call volume is high.
• Assist the Service Manager with various tasks when needed.
• This customer support specialist will work with customers to remind them of appointments, assist customers to receive shuttle services or rental vehicles, and update them on vehicle repair statuses.
• A customer support specialist will receive unique tasks daily from the service manager to increase customer experiences.
• The customer support specialist will follow through with campaigns to drive more customer appointments.
• Customer support specialist will work with fleet vehicles estimates data entry to receive repair authorizations Data entry inputting estimates for fleets of vehicles for repair authorizations
• Will drive to assist in vehicle pick up and drop off appointments.
