Customer Support Representative

Mahwah, NJ


Job Summary:


Provide professional and efficient customer service by processing all customer orders, inquiries, issues, returns, and credits by interacting with various Mindray NA Departments as they relate to parts, accessories, and disposable products


Position Specifications:


Essential Functions


  • To serve as the primary customer contact for all orders, issues, and inquiries as they relate to parts and accessories.


  • Process orders for parts and accessories directly from customers via phone, email, fax or web.


  • Must ensure orders are processed timely, accurately, and in accordance with customer specifications


  • Work closely with the planning and shipping department to ensure orders are shipped in a timely fashion


  • Process replacement orders when necessary


  • Investigate pricing issues and PO discrepancies


  • Communicate with Tech Support, Credit Department, Corporate Accounts, Service Contracts and Sales when discrepancies are discovered


  • Process requests for miscellaneous credits and additional discounts


  • Provide support to internal and external customers as it relates to requests such as buying history and product information


  • Cross-training as necessary


Knowledge/Educational Requirements


  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 3 years of previous customer service experience required
  • Proficiency in Excel, Microsoft Word, Outlook

  • Excellent phone manners and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to understand customer needs quickly and react effectively
  • Ability to organize work, manage multiple priorities and follow through
  • High level of attention to detail is necessary
  • Respond to internal and external customer needs proactively
  • Ability to function as a team member and work independently
  • Sense of urgency and ability to work under pressure
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to interface with all levels of staff
  • SAP skills highly desired
  • Salesforce skills highly desired
