Duraclean is a 93 year old company focusing on solving restoration and cleaning issues for our customers.
We are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing customer service, scheduling and interacting with customers. An ideal candidate will be articulate, responsible and have a great deal of self-motivation.
Responsibilities:
- Provide information to customers via the telephone, internet, and mail.
- Provide an accurate understanding of a customer's existing and potential coverage/benefits.
- Assist in the investigation and resolution of complaints or issues presented by customers.
- Follow up with customers to ensure they aware of Duraclean procedures and processes and that their expectations are being fully met.
- Empathize with customers dealing with difficult situations.
- Work with several departments and be able to prioritize tasks.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
