Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring they receive the best possible support with their Medicare plans
- Communicate effectively with clients via phone, email, and chat to address their needs and concerns
- Work closely with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and regulations to best serve our clients

Preferred Qualifications:
- Health/Life insurance license or related experience is a plus, but not required; we are willing to sponsor licensing and training for the right candidates
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

- Reliable and adaptable, able to handle a fast-paced work environment

Duties:
- Make outbound calls to current clients to ensure the continued success as a Signature client.
- Field incoming calls from existing clients
- Provide assistance to members and/or providers regarding accounts
- Document all activities and keep an organized ledger of calls
- Process written customer correspondence
- Work with other departments on projects and tasks
- Maintain performance and quality standards based on established metrics and turn around times
- Improve overall Customer retention and Satisfaction
- Drive Google reviews and Referrals
