We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Account Specialist. As an Customer Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring smooth and efficient operations by managing load updates, communicating with customers and 3PL partners, and resolving any issues or delays that arise.

This is a full time position that offers:

• Available Shifts: Sunday-Wednesday 6pm-6am with alternating Wednesdays, Wednesday-Saturday 6pm-6am with alternating Wednesdays

Responsibilities include updating all loads in customer-specific websites, communicating with plants via email and phone regarding ETA's and delays, and working with 3PL partners to update loads once they cross borders. In addition, you will be responsible for identifying any delays or issues and working with Account Managers and Driver Managers to gather accurate information for customer website updates.

As a Customer Specialist, you must be able to multitask and work well under pressure. Strong communication skills are essential as you will be required to communicate with customers, plants, and 3PL partners regularly. You must also have excellent attention to detail and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
