Career Opportunity: Customer Service Representative with ACRE Operating Group – Munster, Indiana

We are currently looking to add a Customer Service Representative to our Munster, Indiana office, taking on full responsibility for the front end of the order life cycle. This responsibility spans from entering and processing customer orders, RMA's, creating sales orders and upselling, tracking order statuses, and communicating with customers. Your responsibilities will also include:

• Fulfilling customer orders through effective communications.
• Creating and processing orders and RMA requests in our ERP system.
• Creating and maintaining customer records by updating account information.
• Support Finance with standard payment information.
• Supporting customers with pricing and basic offers with seizing add-on sales opportunities.
• Communicating with customers, sales, and production to meet customer requirements and deadlines.

The ideal candidate for this position will be results-oriented, a self-starter, and solutions-focused with little need for supervision. This person will need the following to be successful in this role:

• Minimum of one year of experience in manufacturing industry.
• Knowledge/Skill set of ERP systems or CRM related database programs.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, and Outlook an asset.
• Strong communication skills.
• Proactive, solutions-focused person that requires little supervision
• Team player with the ability to also work independently.
