We are looking for a Customer Service Representative for our GEICO Local Office Myrtle Beach location who is motivated, solution-oriented and has a passion for service. We’re seeking an outstanding associate who wants to kickstart a fulfilling career with one of the fastest-growing auto insurers in the U.S.

As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll learn insurance inside and out through our paid training and the continuous support of your team and supervisor. You’ll show our customers the value and security that comes with being insured by GEICO. Our Customer Service Representatives use compassion and attention to detail to exceed the expectations of our policyholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage incoming calls from current customers
• Identify cross-sell opportunities
• Assist walk in customers
• Actively work customer renewals and pending cancellations

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 per hour
