Role: Customer Service Representative/ Data Entry

Shift: 8:30AM- 5PM MON- FRI

Description:

• Handling incoming- outgoing calls, resolving customer queries.
• Employees are engaged by a work culture that is team-oriented, fast paced and progressive.
• Updating internal databases to reflect customer owned product and associated warranty contracts.
• Completes administrative functions to support order processing. Demonstrates creativity and initiative in anticipating and solving customer problems.
• Takes inbound or places outbound calls to provide information to customers.
• Utilizes a database to retrieve customer or company information.
• Must be able to learn and follow detailed instructions, use a variety of resources and possess good organizational skills to provide accurate information.
• Must demonstrate patience, tact, empathy and problem solving skills with consistently good voice quality.
• Can organize and handle calls with speed and accuracy.
• Can work with complex computer applications and resource materials. Can use multiple operating environments (Windows, DOS, Mainframe).

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Salary: $17.00 per hour

Shift:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Morning shift

Weekly day range:

• Monday to Friday

• High school or equivalent (Required)

Experience:
