Rove Pest Control is hiring a Full Time Customer Success Specialist (CSS) to work in our Oakdale office. This career opportunity requires patience, listening, investigating, creative problem solving, and influential communication.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Understand customer needs/concerns they can't necessarily articulate
• Creatively develop solutions for customers
• Collaborate with the management team
• Customer retention
• Responds to customer emails, voicemails, and tasks in a timely manner
• Plan and schedule services

Qualifications:

• Knowledge of Operating System - MacOS
  
• Sales or other persuasive communication experience
• Prior customer service is a plus
  
• Ability to settle disputes amicably

• $16-23 per hour
  • Hourly pay and bonus determined by candidate’s experience
