Brewers Supply Group (BSG), is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Shakopee Minnesota!

As a Customer Service Rep., you will be responsible for duties including but not limited to, answering phone calls or emails from customers to answer questions, researching customer concerns, and escalating as needed, and maintaining expert knowledge about company products or services to ensure customer support standards are continuously met.

You will be responsible for:

• Working with customers to resolve any issues and answer any inquiries.
• Providing reliable follow-through to all customers while handling a variety of issues including the creation of service tickets.
• Compiling data from sources such as purchase orders, invoices, requisitions, and accounting reports and writes, types, or enters information into computer to maintain inventory, purchasing, shipping, or other records.
• Maintaining customer records by updating account information
• Researching freight rates and coordinate deliveries with carriers
• Coordinating order fulfillment with BSG warehouse staff.
• Other duties as assigned

Things you will need:

• Associate degree or six months related experience and/or training
• Previous account management or customer service experience
• Experience or knowledge of home brewing or winemaking is strongly preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, and advanced Excel skills is preferred. Microsoft AX and Salesforce experience a plus.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
• Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
• Ability to work 9:30am - 6:00pm
• Attention to detail
