Overview:
Package Pavement Company, Inc., a manufacturer and licensee of QUIKRETE® products in Stormville, NY is seeking an organized, enthusiastic and experienced Customer Service Representative for our inside sales department. We are looking for someone that likes dealing with people at all levels and can successfully perform with limited guidance. Our Customer Service department’s main goal is to provide our customers with superior service through efficient and effective problem resolution.
Candidate will receive customer calls and process all incoming orders through computer system. Must coordinate with dispatching department on product availability and delivery information, handle customer inquiries, complaints and product information requests. Will be responsible for sending samples and other support materials to customers and salesmen as requested. Will coordinate with the credit department when customer accounts are over limit.

- 1-2 years experience with inbound customer service calls.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment under minimal supervision with a high attention to detail

Doherty began the company with the goal of helping homeowners make simple repairs to their blacktop driveways and paths.
