We are seeking entry level or experienced customer service representatives to join our team! In this role you will be responsible for fielding inbound phone calls regarding the policy coverage, status updates, and billing.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for providing support to clients who have questions about a policy.
• Take inquiries from clients inquiring about our policies
• Work with database to update documents.
• Communicate with internal departments on any issues with clients or department

Requirements:

• 2+ years customer service experience
• Strong MS Office skills
• Strong customer service and problem solving skills
• Critical thinking skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $21.00 per hour
