Position: Client Service Representative II

Location: Hybrid. 2 days remote and 3 days on site at 100 Colonial Center Pkwy STE 300 Lake Mary FL 32746. First few weeks of training will be fully remote.

Shift: M-F 9 AM- 5 PM

Weekly Pay

Duration: 12-month contract, likely extensions or permanent hire

Requirements:

High School Diploma or GED

2-3 years of inbound banking or financial services call-center customer service experience

Ability to efficiently follow processes and problem solve in real time

Extremely reliable and consistent

Pluses:

Bachelor’s Degree

Excel skills

Day to Day Details:

Insight Global is seeking experienced Client Service Representatives II for our international fortune 500 banking partner in multiple US locations to join their Client Processing team. The Representative will be responsible for providing support to their client facing staff nationwide for operational functions. Within this role, responsibilities could include cash processing, data entry, check deposits, client statement set up, check mailing, and basic research and support. The Client Service Representative II will be responsible for but not limited to the following-

• Providing analytics and reporting services, working to improve and automate Client Processing systems.
• Managing moderate to complex external client issues.
• Directly advising s other organizational units/teams to ensure timely delivery of service, or resolution of issue.
• Meeting with organizational units/teams to ensure problems and issues are being addressed appropriately and that they are resolved in a timely manner.
• Participating in product development, product enhancement, and system testing to ensure that products continue to accurately and efficiently process high value transactions.
• Solving problems based on an understanding and knowledge of the intricacies of the system.
• Integrating in-depth area knowledge with a solid understanding of industry standards and practices to provide solutions to internal and external clients.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $25.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
