Hours
This position is for 40 hours/week. Your schedule would be as follows:
- Monday - Friday : 8am-5pm
- You must have the ability to have flexibility with your schedule on occasion. If someone is out sick or on vacation, we may need you to help by altering your work hours temporarily. If we get busy, you may need to stay a little longer to finish up all of your work.
Responsibilities:
We are looking for a Customer Service Representative who excels at logistics and using their resources to quickly and efficiently do their daily work. This person is extremely detailed and organized, is able to shine under pressure, and works well with a variety of personalities. We place a lot of trust and power in the hands of our employees and we need someone who will be comfortable solving problems on their own.
The position includes the following duties:
- Own customer issues from start to finish
- Be one of several people who are responsible for owning our busy multi-line phone system and scheduling customer appointments as they call in for service, maintenance, install, or duct renovations on their furnaces, heat pumps, or air conditioners.
- Following up with customer leads from social media, chat, email, and text messages
- Calling customers who are due for appointments to get them scheduled
- Assisting with warranty processing & part replacement scheduling
- Dispatching
- Coordinating information and appointments for the sales department
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Skilled at data entry with accuracy and efficiency
- 1 year experience in an office customer service setting with any sort of heavy phone responsibilities
- Able to pass background and drug screening
