Aviva is a manufacturer of dietary supplements.
We have an exciting opportunity available for an energetic and motivated customer service representative to join our team for our Contract Manufacturing and Packaging facility for Dietary Supplements. This is a full time on site position at our facility in New Brunswick, NJ.
Job Responsibilities
Customer Service representative is responsible to maintain and service existing accounts. Duties include, but not limited to:
- Receive customer PO and send Sales Order confirmation
- Create finished product spec sheets.
- Co-ordinate with customer to schedule pick-up
- Answer customer queries
- Co-ordinate with Sales Team
- Print Shipping labels/BOLs coordinate with warehouse.
- Attend and assist in company sponsored events
- Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years Customer Service experience (preferably in dietary supplements)
- Effective communicator
- Good phone skills
- Extremely detail oriented
- Positive attitude
- Should have basic computer skills, planning, organizing and territory management skills
- Candidate will have excellent work ethic and integrity
- Proficient in MS Office
- Knowledge about bulk ingredients and finished products (advantage)
Salary : Depends on experience
