Our dedicated team is seeking a reliable and experienced Customer Service Representative to assist our customers with their needs. A successful candidate will have an understanding of technology and of the hardware that is currently being sold by our company.

Responsibilities:

• Identify the needs of a customer and provide information without the use of technical jargon.
• Use a computer or other technology to help customers.
• Problem solve and offer solutions to customers.
• Interact with general public, including persons of diverse backgrounds, differing abilities and ages, and persons with disabilities.,Assist in opening new accounts.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour
