We're looking for an experienced and well-spoken individual who has a willingness to learn and an interest in providing customer service. The successful candidate will be asked to answer incoming customer service calls, and will play a vital role in helping customers resolve any technical issues they may be experiencing. We're looking for a responsible, organized candidate who can effectively communicate with customers, learn new product features quickly and is proficient with basic computer skills.
Responsibilities:
- Speak with customers on the phone.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Take accurate notes.
- Manage time effectively.
- Handle customer complaints and problems.
- Follow up on customer data.
- Deal with angry or upset customers.

Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
