Summary

The Signature Service Manager is an integral part of our office’s operations team and company mission to provide homeowners with a world-class experience. The Signature Service Representatives not only processes all paperwork pertaining to their contract, permit, and homeowner’s association, but they also assist with scheduling appointments throughout the project, while maintaining constant, and diligent communication with our homeowners. The Signature Service Manager will establish expectations for Team Members to strive for, as well as provide leadership and guidance.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Provide support and motivation to the Signature Service Team for the flow of day-to-day operations by facilitating opportunities for a world-class experience.
  • Provide and enforce department objectives, work schedules, policies, and procedures.
  • Create and distribute reports to the Signature Service Team to monitor progress on key department metrics.
  • Monitor the appearance, standards, and performance conducted by the Signature Service Team with an emphasis on training and teamwork.
  • Provide weekly updates to the Internal Operations Manager on Signature Service Team goals.
  • Hire and train new Signature Service Representatives.
  • Respond to customer service issues in a timely manner.
  • Attend Management meetings as directed.
  • Provide excellent customer service support to homeowners from the point of Sale through Completion.
  • Perform general office duties, answer telephone, determine nature of business for visitors, direct individuals to appropriate staff, facilitate resolutions, confirm scheduled visits, and supply information where knowledge of the overall operation is necessary.
  • Maintain accurate record keeping of documents and communication regarding remodeling projects.
  • Supervise a team of 5-10 employees.

What You'll Need:

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • 2-3 years of computer experience
  • 1-3 years of customer service experience
  • Must be able to type 45 wpm accurately
  • Must have exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Must be able to solve problems and have a willingness to learn
